Parent Volunteers

The PS10 PTA is a community of parents who want to make the elementary school experience better for ALL of our students. The PTA consists of every single parent and guardian of current PS10 students …  that means YOU.

We know volunteering can seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. Spend an hour helping out at an event, sign up for a task that can be done from home. Have more time? Join a committee and help shape one of our fun PTA sponsored events. Any amount of time donated will be appreciated and it’s a great way to become part of the awesome PS10 community.

We offer a variety of ways to be involved so you can choose whatever fits best in your schedule. Some tasks require only an hour of your time and some require a bigger time commitment. Find what works for you and join in!

We frequently post requests for volunteers through “Sign Ups” on Konstella and on our weekly Newsflash. Or, you can find an event or committee that interests you and join on Konstella. We also welcome you to contact us at or stop by the PTA Office (just inside the cafeteria) to find out what’s going on and where we currently need help.
